Our bikes parked in front of our room at the Big Texan. I thought of Denise/Pinky when we stayed here, she would have liked the 'color'.

Took this pic along the roadside in Texas, it was a weed but I jokingly said that it looked like a peanut and that everything in Texas REALLY is big.
We met this very nice man at gas stop in Texas out in the middle of no where. He came over to our bikes and asked "If we had air condintioning on them, that we were gonna need it out here in Texas." He then went back to his truck and gave us both a flag note pad and a LED pen with his company name on them. He thought we might them to "Keep up with stuff." The people you meet along the way is what makes a trip so interesting.
